PARKING at the clubhouse is for residents and their guests using the facilities. General purpose and overnight parking are not permitted at the clubhouse.

Through this web site we hope to keep you informed, answer questions and provide easy access to clubhouse reservations. We're fortunate to have a board that's always willing to look for ways to improve the amenities and operations and, at the same time, stay within budget. Pond Update (please excuse our mess)

We were awarded the City of Garland Vitality Grant we were seeking and began rework of the pond and dam several weeks ago. We anticipate completion by late August. We'll also be improving the lighting around the waterfall as part of the project. Many thanks to the board and others that helped make this happen!

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is in constant demand, so if you're planning an event, we encourage you to schedule early for that special occasion. It has been the venue for birthday parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, graduation parties, business meetings, Cub Scout meetings... the list goes on.

Click on Clubhouse to view the rules, check availability and to make reservations. Although a security deposit is required to reserve the clubhouse, it remains free to members. The deposit is promptly returned after a rental unless management needs a portion of it to pay for damages, fines or unscheduled cleaning after an event.

The clubhouse has upper and lower (poolside) levels. The upper level is fully furnished with a balcony that overlooks the pool. The kitchen includes a serving bar, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven and fold-away serving tables.
The lower level is much less formal but does have folding tables and deck chairs. It's often used for children's birthdays and pool related events.
Either level can be reserved but not both for a single event.
Please note that the pool itself can not be reserved.

Pool

A new pavilion was built last year to provide additional shade and more chairs were also added. Both the main pool and kiddy pool are kept in top condition by the recent addition of automated chemical monitoring and injection systems. They're also monitored and swept daily by our staff maintenance personnel.

Pond and Waterfall

The grounds include a 1.8 acre pond with lighted fountains and one of the most photographed waterfalls in the Dallas area. The falls recycle water and operate from dawn to late evening, shutting down nightly to save electricity. Click Here for more Pond information.
